Terms
The short version of what this is, what you can do with it, and what happens if you leave.
Version 1.0 — in force since 15 August 2026. Version history
What this is
A private tool for one tabletop campaign, run by Marc Roberts as a hobby. It is free, it is invite-only, and there is no company behind it. It is not a product and comes with no guarantee that it will keep working, keep your data, or still exist next year.
It is also optional. The campaign happens at the table — this is somewhere to keep your sheet if you want that. Pen and paper works just as well, and choosing it costs you nothing in the game.
Getting in
Access is by invite, through a Discord account. Invites are not transferable — passing one to someone the GM has not invited is the one thing that breaks this for everybody, because the whole arrangement rests on the group being people who actually know each other.
You need to be at least 13, which is Discord's own minimum.
What you write
Your characters, notes and contributions stay yours. By putting them here you allow the site to store them and show them to the other members of your campaign, which is the entire point of a shared campaign tool.
Campaign history is shared and collaborative. If you leave, your account and characters can be deleted, but session write-ups describing what happened in play stay — they are also everyone else's record of the same events. Where one names you personally, it can be changed to refer to your character instead. See Privacy.
Reasonable use
Do not upload anything unlawful, do not use the site to harass anyone, and do not try to get at other people's data. The GM can remove content and revoke access — this is a game among friends, and that is the whole enforcement mechanism.
Rulebook content
Game rules, equipment and talent text reproduced here come from published Star Wars roleplaying material and belong to their respective rights holders. They are here so that the people playing this campaign can look things up. Do not redistribute them.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. It may lose data, break, or go away. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sad to lose. Nothing here limits rights you have under Portuguese or EU consumer law that cannot be limited.
Leaving, and law
You can leave whenever you like — email marc.roberts@hey.com. That closes your account here and nothing else; you carry on playing with a sheet on paper. Access can also be revoked if the terms above are broken. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
